The British Science Festival Student Bursary Scheme
 |
| |
British Science Festival
The British Science Festival is the largest annual public science event in Europe bringing you the latest science, technology and engineering. This year the Festival will take place in Birmingham from 14-19 September, hosted by Aston University. All of the events featured are tailored for non-specialists, as are the debates, exhibitions and social events - which form such an important part of the experience.
An outstanding opportunity for students
Institutions and companies have the opportunity to sponsor a student aged 18 or above to experience the Festival’s full week of activities through the Festival bursary scheme. It is an exceptional opportunity for students to broaden their horizons, meet leading scientists and speakers, engage in debate and discussion about the impact of science in society and enjoy the atmosphere of an event that is extensively covered in the media.
The student bursary package
Purchase either one or a number of the bursary packages for £350 each. This price includes Festival registration, accommodation and food for the week. Last year over forty students attended from thirteen different universities.
