Sir Walter Bodmer Award for Volunteers
Peter Reed from Leominster in Herefordshire was awarded the Walter Bodmer Award for Volunteers by the British Science Association in recognition for his hard work and dedication in his role as Recorder for the History of Science Section. Peter received his award at this year’s British Science Festival dinner which took place on Thursday 10 September.
The British Science Association depends on its volunteers across the country to help deliver the Association’s activities and raise its profile, including Section and branch volunteers, event organisers and science club leaders.
