Welcome to March’s issue of Science e-lert – bringing you the latest news and activities at the British Science Association.Dear Supporters
It is the start of National Science and Engineering Week, an exciting ten day celebration of science, technology and engineering. Visit the events that are being organised near you and find out the different ways you can get involved. Information on how to book your place at this year’s Science Communication Conference is now available and applications for the British Science Festival student bursary scheme are open. We reveal an outstanding award achieved by our volunteers and a recent ‘Science for All’ report which highlights the urgent need to engage the public with the sciences is also examined.
With best wishes
